The Opportunity
IPC Health is seeking a Dental Team Leader to join our Dental Service. As the Dental Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dental team, ensuring smooth workflow, and fostering a collaborative environment.
You will play a crucial role in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve their full potential.
You will also be involved in patient care coordination, quality assurance, liaising with supporting teams, and the management of daily operations.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support the delivery of exceptional care. You will be working in collaboration with the other Dental Service Team Leaders and by supporting the Senior Manager Dental Services.

IPC Health Dental service is a 30 chairs service delivering General, Emergency and Prosthetic oral health care over 3 sites:
- Hoppers Crossing
- St Albans
- Wyndham Vale â Student Led Clinic
Based at our Hoppers Crossing Campus, this position is a Full Time Dental Team Leader Position and is classified as Clinical Coordinator Dental Assistant 4.1 -under the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Stand-alone Community Health Services) (Multi Employer) Enterprise Agreement 2022 â 2026

To succeed you will need
· A relevant qualification in dentistry or dental assisting.
· Demonstrated experience in a similar team leadership or supervising role
· Commitment to maintaining current Infection Prevention and Control knowledge and practices.
· Exemplary people leadership skills with the ability to uphold performance expectations, coach, negotiate and resolve issues.
· Demonstrated clinical competence in the provision of general dental services within your area of expertise.
· Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and autonomy in the research and implementation of best practice continuous improvement processes and initiatives to improve the client experience and outcomes.
· Current and valid Working with Children Check.
· Current Victorian driver's licence.
